Construction of Line 15 West of the Grand Paris Express: The design-build contractor for Line 15 West is the "Intensité 15" consortium, which brings together design firms like Artelia and Ingerop with construction companies like Vinci Grand Projet and Razel Bec. The mission begins at the end of the design phase with the delivery of as-built models for phase Pro B and the early start of the Execution phase. In this context, the BIM EXE unit's role is to prepare for the start of Execution studies by overseeing the handover meetings of design studies to the Execution design offices. To do this, it audits the models produced by the integrated design team and collects essential input data for the start of EXE models, particularly data related to georeferencing. Finally, as part of the preparation of Execution studies, the BIM unit must produce documents that guide its BIM approach: the BIM Execution Plan and its appendices, as well as various modeling and 2D deliverable production guides. It must also transmit reference models to the design offices, which will then be used as the basis for the BIM production of the various structures of the line.

High Speed Two (HS2): Transverse BIM coordination (multi-disciplinary) for Roads, Civil Structures, and Networks in an international (English) environment. Project context: Construction of the High Speed 2 high-speed line: Studies are conducted following the "ISO19650" approach.

Achievements:

• Multi-disciplinary BIM coordination of three viaducts, a railway bridge, an underground trench (special structure), three embankments, as well as associated road access, drainage, and safety systems.

• Creation and delivery of Federated Models, combining the models of the structures in a defined area.

• Supervision of BIM and CAD production through the creation and maintenance of reference models.

• Creation, Monitoring, and Management of "CDM: Construction Design and Management" models, which consolidate safety risks (Health & Safety) during the construction of structures. The creation and maintenance of these models involve precise identification of risks and their mitigation through a dedicated platform.

• Participation in technical coordination meetings with other disciplines: Geotechnics, Road, Structure, Drainage, Networks, etc.

• Participation in feeding PowerBI dashboards to ensure qualitative data monitoring within the models.

• BIM support for disciplines and technical coordinators (CET).

• Model federation and delivery to the client.

• Model audits (BIM Check).

• Review of interfaces between disciplines, clash detection, and issue tracking.

• Development of BIM data management tools on Excel.

• Modeling of special structures.

Modeling of an existing steel structure: site visit and photo report, analysis of inputs, then modeling.
