Within the PDT (Workstation) team responsible for IARD and Life Back Office applications deployed within the GMF network.

This is a multi-technology entity that maintains Legacy applications based on a Mainframe core and is also responsible for evolving and developing new applications used by advisors.

During my assignment, I participated in several projects such as Agency Reception, Sovie, MGP, etc.

I also developed processing BATCHes, for example, a batch for re-injecting requests, etc.

My main role was to maintain the Work Plan application (entry point for all other Back Office applications) and to maintain the application's stability given the project's importance and sensitivity, as well as to support developers on the project.

Contribute to resolving complex malfunctions / anomalies / incidents (level 3 support).

Accompany and validate with the different domains: technical architecture, design, and modeling, ensuring compliance with Covea standards.

Champion the technical vision within business teams.

Ensure good development practices.

Oversee the quality of deliverables and code reviews.

Participate in the creation of technical analysis files.

Technical support for other teams.

Knowledge sharing and REX (Return on Experience) organization.

Taskforce on critical or delayed subjects.

Within the HOST–HSBC teams, the 2G team is responsible for the IT system overhaul, project support, and IT evolution. The team collaborates with all parts of the bank and is in close contact with the global HSBC Group teams.

Overhaul and maintenance of the hsbc.fr customer onboarding process (bank account opening), secure tunnel with e-signature.
