Abdelbar Khouri

As a technical and functional consultant on the PCM (Project Contract Manager) project, an application dedicated to contract management and tracking, I am involved in its evolution and optimization while ensuring its proper use by business teams. My role is to improve the performance and stability of the system by actively participating in developments and functional evolutions.

I perform the following tasks:

+ In-depth data collection and analysis in close collaboration with the business

+ Data processing, exploitation, and integration

+ Report and Dashboard writing and documentation provision

+ Development of data transformation tools

+ Analysis and processing of business or technical requests

+ Creation and maintenance of Power BI reports and report authorization management

+ Production of PTI (Personalized Training and Information) materials for data retrieval

+ Python environment installation

+ Production of PTI materials for Python installations on servers

+ Monitoring of updates for various server patches and software

+ Creation and regular updating of Python programs

I worked as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist on a project aimed at exploiting and leveraging data to optimize predictive maintenance, quality monitoring, and resource management. I developed and maintained interactive dashboards to allow business teams to monitor key indicators in real-time. I also implemented technical and functional tests to ensure data reliability. In parallel, I automated the identification and resolution of incidents, thereby strengthening the robustness of decision-making tools and improving decision-making and industrial performance.

Among the tasks assigned to me:

We achieved satisfactory results which allowed for process monitoring, a more than 60% improvement in time savings, improvement in predictive maintenance, performance, and internal processes, and better decision-making by operational teams.
