Context: As part of the urbanization of the Point of Sale IT system, the mission aimed to enable FGS (FDJ Gaming Solutions) to meet challenges related to functional evolution, architecture, performance, and deployment methods ~ 5000 man-hours.

The mission is divided into two sub-missions:
1 - Program management for the integration of a set of backend servers to ensure the delivery of a Point of Sale IT system. My role as program manager was to ensure consistency with the evolution roadmap of the entire FDJ IT system and to synchronize between the various internal and external stakeholders of FGS.
2 - Functional scope management as Product Owner for Point of Sale IT system applications. My PO role involved interfacing with the development team, the Product Manager, and the architects.

In this context, the main tasks were:
