Carrefour's strategy is based on the business objectives of '5555 profitable volumes' primarily targeting stores: Margin, Productivity, Automation, and Disruption. Within this framework, the 'BUILD TO CLOUD' program is the final stage of Carrefour's IT digital transformation.

My mission is to manage the migration of solutions from Kyndryl data centers to various public clouds.

The objective is to shut down the data centers by the end of 2024, which will reduce Carrefour's IT infrastructure footprint by over 50%.

A roadmap of projects for the modernization of the assisted sales process, consisting of:

- Project for deploying tablets in Carrefour stores

- Redesign of the REMU application for variable remuneration of Carrefour sales staff in the EPCS sector

Comfort enhancements for certain satellite applications

PO managing services from CGI, IBM, etc.

Evolutionary maintenance (€400k/year), tablet project (€3 million), REMU project (€1.5 million)

My mission includes:

- Project Manager responsible for projects related to assisted sales business process solutions (V9000, REMU, INTRANET VA, etc.)

- Redesign project for the REMU application (3 lots: 2014 Agreement, comfort enhancements, and solution stabilization)

- Deployment of tablets in hypermarkets (2 lots: tablet deployment and implementation of home delivery)

- Redesign of the assisted sales process (replacement of the delivery dispatch application, replacement of the assisted sales application, etc.)

Two client accounts representing a significant portion of CGI Casablanca's revenue: Groupe Carrefour and Société Générale France.

Carrefour's UMA program involves approximately 200 resources, and the PSOS (ATG) program involves approximately 150 resources.

My responsibilities:

PSOS SGFR Program:

- Project Manager (CAP), managing an application scope with seven people and heterogeneous technologies (JAVA/JEE, C, Oracle/PLSQL, SHELL/UNIX, etc.) (23 applications and 7 resources)

- The project methodology is ATG, the domain is SG's retail banking, offering various services.

Carrefour UMA Program:

- Application Manager, involved in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications within the Commercial Management domain, offering various services to CARREFOUR users.

- Technical expert working transversally on the CARREFOUR UMA program, involved in all functional areas.

+ TMA mode – corrective and evolutionary maintenance

+ BUILD mode: Participating in the design and development of new application architectures for CARREFOUR, implementing the QuickAnalyses solution to improve support service levels (SCRUM), and setting up UMA environments for application maintenance entries.

+ Training / HR: Providing technical training (Frameworks, development tools, architectures, etc.) and functional training on all maintained applications, in addition to HR/Work Environment/CGI Values training and process adherence (e.g., ITIL), conducting annual reviews, project reviews, and team performance evaluations.

Technical expert working transversally across different program scopes.
