• •Planning and coordination of construction processes as well as instruction and management of external teams

• •Carrying out site inspections, especially at connection points (VRP)

• •Ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications (construction acceptance)

• •Monitoring timely execution according to SLA requirements

• •Coordination with clients, authorities, and municipalities as well as participation in site meetings

• •Documentation of construction progress and defect tracking

• •Regular site visits and constant exchange with site management and foremen

• •On-site measurement of completed work in coordination with the site manager.

• •Carrying out billing for completed construction measures, respecting deadlines, including the creation of all necessary documents such as invoices, certificates, and measurements.

• •Obtaining necessary permits for excavation work as well as clarification of potential third-party lines (e.g., gas, water, or electricity lines).

• •Selection and commissioning of subcontractors for specific tasks, with clear definition of agreed services, timelines, and conditions.

• •Coordination of construction process planning and supervision of civil engineering works in fiber optic expansion projects

• •Independent management and billing of construction measures.

• •On-site measurement of completed work:

• •Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors

• •Schedule, cost, and quality control.
