Generium is a LowCode-NoCode development platform
This project was initiated in 2011 by my partner and me: at the time, we had noted that IT projects had problems overcoming 2 main points:
oIncreasing difficulty in finding developers on the market: companies' resource needs were multiplying each year and were not compensated by the arrival of new profiles. Furthermore, a newcomer to the market only becomes truly productive after 6 months within the company.
oProject delivery delays and therefore the response to time to market.
Our solution: it was necessary to provide a platform that could be quickly adopted without necessarily requiring developers.
We imagined giving development access to several types of profiles:
oBeginner developers
oBusiness resources who wish to retrain in IT professions without necessarily having to learn programming languages.
oResources who left school prematurely or failed academically
We set up a legal training structure that offers apprentices the opportunity to learn theory and immediately put it into practice. I participated in the reflection on the subjects to be implemented.
Today, I have 3 main roles in the company:
oCarry out the monitoring of generic product development projects - in lowCode / noCode
oEnsure non-redundancy of table definitions - Data architectures - and functions - technical architectures -
oCarry out technological watch and feed the roadmap of the LowCode-NoCode product
