- Supervision of accounting and management control under local and IFRS standards

- Supervision of group and local reporting with monthly presentation of performance, variances, and forecasts to management and the group.

- Management of the annual budget process and 3 forecasts, with presentation of forecasts to management and the group

- Optimization of cash and working capital (monitoring customers, suppliers, inventory) and treasury management

- Improved collaboration with sales and logistics teams for finer performance management (margins, volumes, inventory)

- Review and simplification of accounting and financial processes: gains in reliability, accuracy, and reduction of closing times

- Strengthening internal control and securing operations (100+ Controls)

- Management and structuring of the finance team (resource optimization with a reduction of 2 positions)

- Production of clear and actionable analyses to support management in its decisions
