I developed web and mobile applications using the Symfony and Flutter frameworks. My work consisted of designing and implementing solutions adapted to client needs, while respecting good development practices. I also ensured the maintenance of applications in production, guaranteeing their performance and scalability. As a support person, I helped job seekers familiarize themselves with essential digital tools for their administrative and professional tasks. My role was to guide them in using the Pôle Emploi platform, particularly for creating and managing their online profile, searching for job offers, and accessing available resources. I also trained users on ancillary digital tools such as online CV writing or the use of messaging services. This experience allowed me to develop pedagogical skills, active listening abilities, and strong empathy for individuals facing difficulties with new technologies.
