Mobile Application Deployment Project Manager

Projects:

Within the Digital team, my mission was to implement the BABILOU APP mobile application for all nurseries.

Tasks:

 Audit of the existing system. (Data centralization).

 Writing specifications, reports, and procedures.

 Creation of pivot tables, dashboards.

 Facilitating workshops, meetings, and regular check-ins.

 Device and application management via AirWatch. (SFR's MDM)

 Device configuration and testing.

 User assistance.

Function 2: SALESFORCE SUPPORT

CONTEXT:

As part of a data synchronization project between two IT system components and to launch a new project, data correction was needed to perform a number of reprocessing/discrepancy correction operations (duplicate management, email, contact links, etc.) within its Salesforce CRM.

Tasks:

 Correction of information in Salesforce and the client's ERP using an Excel file.

 Information synchronization.

Technical Environment:

• Infrastructure Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Active Directory, Android, Webservice, SALESFORCE CRM

• Databases Oracle, SQL Server 2017

• Tools AirWatch, GLPI, BABILOG (business application), MySql, TeamViewer, KAYAKO (ticketing).

Projects:

Within the IT department, managed a client portfolio for new EDI customer setups on the technical side, participated in the development of new internal projects, and managed all L2 support.

Mission 1: EDI Solutions Deployment Project Manager

Managed a portfolio of specific clients in France and internationally.

Was the point of contact for all EDI clients for both new setups and L2 support.

Advised, analyzed, and implemented the technical solution chosen by the client for simple and complex projects.

Among our clients: Amazon, LDLC, Galeries Lafayette, CDiscount, FDJ, and Ubaldi,...

 Understanding and defining client needs based on their environment. (Logistics, IT system, order management, and e-commerce, ...)

 Recommending and defining the technical solution in line with client needs (Sending technical specifications for labels and EDI files: flat file, dispor, ifcsum, etc.)

Assisted the Business Account Manager in client discussions. (Technical-commercial function)

 Technical support during development, testing, and client IT implementation phases.

 Writing specifications, reports, and procedures.

 Facilitating design workshops, meetings, conference calls, and monitoring deployment actions.

Mission 2: Project Contribution to the Design and Validation of New Solutions:

Launched and implemented new Chronopost services, and acted as a proactive resource for proposals, coaching, and guidance for our clients and the business.

New services created: Chrono Relais, Chrono RDV (Precise), Chrono Dimanche, Chrono FOOD.

 Consulting and optimizing the use of existing tools and systems.

 Defining and creating technical specifications for solutions to be implemented.

 Assisting project owners with technical issues.

 Technical support for various teams involved in the project.

 Technical expertise on associated projects.

 Cross-functional coordination on projects with involved teams.

 Project cost estimation, planning, risk monitoring, and deployment.

Mission 3: Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) and Client/Business Incident Management:

Monitored the smooth operation of services offered to clients, as well as post-setup follow-up. Detected incidents related to Chronopost services or stakeholders.

 Configuration of specific technical solutions using our tools.

 Understanding and resolving complex problems.

 Time management, prioritization, and work organization.
