As Telecommunications Manager, I led a strategic project for National Bank of Kuwait with the deployment of a 3CX solution for the bank in the Middle East and its Parisian subsidiary, with SIP bridging to Mitel and call recording compliant with GDPR.

In parallel, I deployed and maintained several Avaya environments (Official Partner) with high-availability IP Office Server Edition R12 solutions as well as the Avaya Cloud Office solution (based on RingCentral) for clients in France and internationally. These projects were often critical and carried out without service interruption.

Here are some examples:

- Deployment of several high-availability Avaya IP Office Server Edition R12 environments, with SBC, operator SIP trunks, remote worker access, and ACCS contact center.

- Deployment and complete support of Avaya Cloud Office (RingCentral): DDI configuration, call queues, automated routing scenarios, IP migration, user training, L2/L3 support, QoS monitoring, and operational deliverables.

- Migration of legacy PBX solutions to Microsoft Teams Telephony via SBC and Direct Routing.

- Porting and migration of T2 access to an Orange SIP trunk for an Avaya Aura solution in Paris.

- Implementation of an AI prospecting solution (RetailAI) connected via SIP trunk to the client's telephone system.

- Assistance with complex multi-operator porting and production of operational deliverables (deployment guides, KPI dashboards, BCP/DRP plans).

I independently managed projects from A to Z for major clients in France and internationally:

I also carried out upgrade phases, evolutionary maintenance, and assistance with complex porting for several French SMEs and ETIs.

As a Unified Communications Engineer at Apixit, I joined a critical project for the Assu2000 client to finalize the deployment of Avaya Aura and Avaya Aura Contact Center for over 2,000 users across twenty remote sites and several dozen servers. The project, initially blocked for technical reasons (AES HA acoustics, AES web access, LDAP interconnections, etc.), was successfully completed thanks to:

- In-depth analysis of incidents and prioritization of fixes (critical, high, medium, low) before re-opening SRs and coordinating with Avaya support.

- Configuration of core services: AES clustering, media gateways, AACC, VDN, DNIS, routing scenarios, and disaster recovery plans (DRP).

- Orchestration of the migration and integration of the LDAP/AD directory for authentication and direct extension lookup on AACC.

- Complete deployment of the VoIP infrastructure across 50 remote sites, including SIP trunk provisioning, QoS, voice VLANs, and firewalling, as well as backup automation.

I then independently managed similar projects from A to Z for major clients:

As a Unified Communications Deployment Engineer at LHEXIAN, I managed thecomplete migrationof the Nortel Option 81C solution toAvaya IP Office Selectfor **Eurotunnel**, across two strategic sites in France and England. This sensitive project, involving a 24/7 call center, was carried out without service interruption thanks to the implementation of a progressive cutover strategy, parallel testing, and an automated recovery plan.

Key responsibilities and achievements:

- Analysis of the existing architecture and design of the Avaya IP Office Select target, including Workforce Management and CRM integration.

- SIP provisioning, configuration of redundant trunks, voice/QoS VLANs, and automation scripts for instant rollback.

- Coordination of on-site teams, management of night cut-overs, and validation of continuity KPIs (99.99% availability rate).

- Complete documentation: deployment plans, operator guides, and training sessions for 150 users.
