• ● Development of an automation feature for a critical business process, reducing human errors and increasing batch request volume by 65% per month

• ● Design of an internal project tracking tool to replace Excel, adopted by 4 additional teams outside the test stream, with 80% of projects kept up-to-date.

• ● Redesign and performance optimization of an integration feature with an external tool, reducing processing time from 15–20 seconds to 1–3 seconds.

• ● Development of an automated onboarding feature for new arrivals on SauceLabs, going from 5 minutes to a few seconds thanks to LDAP integration.

• ● Implementation of Frontend and Backend unit tests, increasing test coverage from 0% to 85% (Backend) and 75% (Frontend).

• ● Redesign of the Django backend for a file and data comparison application, following SOLID principles, improving maintainability and reducing source code by 30%.
