Complete solution for WAI/OD entry with consolidated reporting.

Complete solution for environmental data entry and waste management tracking.

Intervention within a large international banking group, in a regulated environment with strict security, governance, and compliance requirements.

Mission 1 - Order Management:

Design and development of a complete solution covering entry, multi-level approval, traceability, and reporting.

Stack: SharePoint Online (data), Power Apps Canvas (UI from scratch), Power Automate (complex flows: approvals, automatic reminders, document generation, electronic signature), Power BI (reporting).

Mission 2 - Incident Management:

Design of a complete solution with a native relational database.

Stack: Dataverse (data), Power Apps Canvas (UI from scratch), Power Automate (orchestration and notifications).

Power Platform Consultant

French startup specializing in patient diagnostic and monitoring solutions, deployed in 200+ hospitals in Europe and the USA. Funding raised: $25.68M.

Initial mission: setting up the Power Platform and developing internal business solutions. Subsequent redesign of HR applications to adapt to process changes.

Setup and Governance:

- Setup of DEV (Sandbox) and PROD environments with Dataverse

- Security and Governance: M365 security groups, security roles, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies

- Connection and authentication to data sources

- Microsoft tenant administration: Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365

Solutions Developed:

- Onboarding: Manager application for new employees. Automation of M365 account creation via main flow and 6 child flows, multiple approvals, IT reminders, automatic creation of IT Planner tasks.

- Offboarding: Application for departing employees. Automation of M365 account deletion via main flow and 3 child flows, manager validation.

- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): NDA request application via multilingual and multi-country form, orchestration of Legal validation with document modification before approval, automatic PDF generation and SharePoint archiving.

- Collections: Automatic extraction of attachments from emails received in a shared mailbox, SharePoint storage, sharing with collection agencies.
