Leading a Group initiative (objective: X M€ savings, multi-country/entity alignment) through systematic competitive tendering (multi-bidding), back-end and immediate discounts.

Negotiating international agreements (IFA) with major leasing companies (Athlon, Ayvens, Arval): pricing grids, governance, and product conditions.

Redesigning the benefit-in-kind (BIK) calculation for electric vehicles (BEV/PHEV) and producing simulation tools.

Benchmarking charging policies, recommendations on home charging stations and fuel cards (feedback, providers like Bump, Total).

FM:

Contractual review with the multi-site provider: replacement of the waste manager, evolution of reception services.

Preparing addendums (legal, HR, operational) ensuring service continuity and budget alignment.

Objectives:

Align fleet management with the group's low-carbon ambitions.

Secure FM services with enhanced contractual management.

Equip stakeholders with concrete support materials (fact sheets, dashboards, guidelines).

Results:

Structured Fleet savings plan and related supplier commitments.

Harmonized BIK and BEV charging documentation.

FM contracts adapted to operational and budgetary realities.

AXA wishes to replace its eSourcing module on Salesforce with Coupa Sourcing to harmonize its purchasing processes across the group. This multi-entity project, targeting about ten countries, includes defining a Core Model and phased deployment by 2025, with a focus on buyer adoption.

Participating in workshops to detail specific needs of each entity.
