Acted as an expert in the integration, configuration, and deployment of Teams RH and Smart RH solutions in multi-sector HRIS projects, with a focus on Time and Attendance management. Involved in the entire build & run cycle and consulting activities: analysis and formalization of business needs, functional recommendations, advanced configuration of management rules, development of specific scripts (JavaScript/Java), production deployment, support, and continuous optimization.

Operational management of a team of 8 functional support consultants, liaising with HRIS branch managers and the software vendor. Facilitated internal and external committees, monitored activities, and adjusted workloads. Wrote meeting minutes, implemented reporting, and optimized processes. Provided training and technical support to business teams to ensure operational continuity and skill development. Contributed to the co-writing of a Time and Attendance (GTA) white paper.
