Swiria is an AI video production SaaS platform for the real estate and tourism sector in Morocco.

Launched in late 2025, it equips real estate agencies, concierge services, and tourist accommodations with a complete pipeline: automated video generation from photos, multilingual voiceovers, multi-platform publishing, and an acquisition video feed.

As CTO and co-founder, I lead the entire technical and product stack:

Architecture and Development: Design and deployment of a full-stack platform (Angular 21 SSR, NestJS 10, Prisma, PostgreSQL Neon, Cloudflare R2, self-hosted n8n). Continuous deployment, monitoring, infrastructure cost management (~€40/month fixed).

Generative AI Pipeline: Orchestration of FAL (Kling 2.5 Turbo Pro), ElevenLabs, Claude Vision, OpenAI, Suno, Replicate, FFmpeg. Controlled COGS at €3/video in production. Industrial automated generation capacity.

Commercial and Institutional:B2B field prospecting, signing first paying clients, active contacts with Yakeey (CPO), CNT (Executive VP), FNIH (President), Moroccan National Tourism Office. Recognized as Hospitality Leader 2026 by CNT and the Ministry of Tourism.

Key Achievements:Transition from Telegram POC to a multi-module SaaS platform in 4 months. Industrialized video generation pipeline with unit costs below break-even. Presence at GITEX Africa 2026. First enterprise B2B deals in the process of being signed.

Development from scratch in Angular 20 of an application for legal professionals at Groupe BPCE.

The application integrates an advanced legal article search engine, structured favorite management, a document comparison feature, and an AI chat with streaming responses, inspired by ChatGPT's UX/UI.

Objectives: Design a modern front-end architecture 100% based on Angular Signals, ensure maintainability for junior developers, structure a coherent design system, and deliver a robust, performant, and scalable application.
