Currently a freelance M&A consultant specializing in the construction sector, I assist M&A advisors and executives throughout the entire transaction lifecycle: valuation, deliverable production, target search, and audit management.

Throughout my career, I have developed solid knowledge across various segments of the value chain: project management, general construction, finishing trades, and maintenance/cleaning.

Overview of transactions I have been involved in:

- Sale of Vecoflex (Revenue ~€10M) to Airvance group.

- Sale of ADRENE (Revenue ~€6M) to Butterfly Packaging group.

- Sale of 6’TEM & PSL (Revenue ~€4M) to SAFIBRI group.

- Currently:

o Installation/maintenance company in climate engineering;

o Building materials distribution company;

o Premises maintenance/cleaning company (offices, shops, public buildings);

o Company specializing in electrical equipment installation.

Working on these deals has allowed me to integrate the elements expected by M&A advisors and industry executives: followed KPIs, go-to-market strategies, business management, bad debt management, payment terms, etc.

Thus, my experience enables me to autonomously perform:

- Adjustments (intra-group flows, carve-outs, management fees, etc.).

- Valuations (fee-based method and profitability-based method).
