Oversight of the association's annual budget (€1.3 million) and 10 territorial health projects funded through public and private calls for projects, including an inter-regional Article 51 experimental program: budget forecasting, expense tracking, implementation of project-based cost accounting and reporting tools - Coordination and monitoring of multi-stakeholder agreements/partnerships (healthcare facilities, CPTS, MSPs, medico-social structures, ARS/CNAM authorities) - Continuous analysis of performance indicators and proposal of corrective actions to optimize efficiency and compliance Management of a multidisciplinary team (6 employees): HR management, process optimization, and IT system implementation (DPA software deployment) - Support in organizing patient pathways and inter-professional coordination with authorities for access to primary care.

Development and coordination of health authorization, geographical transfer, and activity expansion files: preparation of authority visits (ARS/ABM), negotiation and monitoring of CPOM - Strategic/regulatory watch and impact analysis - Monitoring of activity indicators and data production for national surveys (EMSP, 3C); SIVIC data reporting (COVID-19 crisis) - Liaison between functional departments/medical and nursing teams and intermediate supervision of the administrative team.

Regulatory monitoring and identification of development opportunities for facilities – Development of administrative files and search for complementary private/public funding – Support for facility directors on regulatory and operational issues.
