Achievements: secured scope of 65 framework agreements following ISS Group outsourcing. Improved framework agreement performance. Led company project for operational margin improvement. Central negotiation for capital equipment purchases (€5M). Purchasing gains: €2.9M.

Director of Purchasing Operations, member of the management committee. Oversight of a scope of 260,000 items (NATO catalog) with 50% having a supply recurrence of over 5 years. Average of 15,000 order lines per year. Highly diversified purchasing portfolio: seals, fasteners, bearings, aeronautical grade sheets, tubes & bars, electrical and electronic components, sub-assemblies, aircraft structural parts. Very strong purchasing constraints and requirements: supply in accordance with the Ministry of Defense SOPRANO standard, aeronautical quality, obsolescence, manufacturer traceability, minimum quantities, item recurrence, numerous monopolies, maintenance of technologies and know-how. International purchasing: UK, Germany, and USA. Problem: transformation of the supply/purchasing function and business development. Achievements: - Transformation of an operational supply organization into a matrix purchasing and supply organization; - Professionalization of purchasing: development of supplier relationships and their performance, organization for better supplier contract management, establishment of collaboration with the Group Legal Department, negotiation, identification and use of various possible purchasing levers, training program, formalization of purchasing best practices; - Business development: establishment of project purchasing skills (won 3 projects in 12 months); - Productivity improvement: implementation of a "production plan" as a weekly roadmap for buyers (volume and prioritization objectives); - Resource optimization: -2 FTEs in the supply function; - Innovation: dynamic approach to supply issues through the procurability of materials and equipment.
