Project: ERP Maintenance Management Redesign - Migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S4 Hana

- Development of data migration flows for several components of the PM module: Technical object, equipment, maintenance task list, maintenance plan, notification, work order, customer and contact partner.

- Transformation and data migration

- Target data loading into SAP S4 Hana via the DMC (Data Migration Cockpit)

- Support for business teams during integration and testing phases

- Analysis, identification, and resolution of anomalies

- Scheduling and sequencing with dependency management

- Performance optimization due to a very large scope (several hundred million data lines)

Project: SI Management Redesign - Migration from PeopleSoft to SAP S4/HANA

- Project supervision and activity monitoring as data integration lead

- Ensuring build reliability and delivery of interfaces between SI applications

- Supporting testing teams during SIT and UAT phases

- Coordination, communication, facilitation, prioritization, arbitration

- Automation of flows with frequencies and dependencies (Batch plan)

- Risk anticipation and mitigation

- Cutover plan preparation

- International project: HQ NL – FR Subsidiary – Service center in India (16 FTE)
