• Manage and supervise the team of manufacturers

• Organize daily work and ensure workshop productivity

Production Management

• Plan manufacturing orders and manage the production schedule

• Monitor order progress and ensure compliance with customer deadlines

• Control the quality of parts and compliance with technical drawings and standards

• Manufacture components

Safety and Environment

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene rules on site and in the workshop

• Raise team awareness of best practices and conduct regular inspections

• Ensure waste management and compliance with environmental standards

Resource and Procurement Management

• Monitor stocks of raw materials and components

• Place necessary orders and anticipate production needs

• Manage inventory and optimize stock rotation

Internal and External Relations

• Participate in management meetings for project monitoring

• Collaborate with sales, administrative, and technical departments

• Act as the primary contact for suppliers for orders and receipts
