- Lead a growing and transforming team of product managers, UX designers, content managers, and communication/marketing specialists. This diverse team of eight is set to expand to twenty-four in 2023-2024, with a strong focus on gender parity.

• Transform the role of project managers into Agile product managers through individual coaching, training, mentoring, and fostering a learning organization, by example and imitation.

• Responsible for products such as the state's collaborative messaging, secure collaborative tools, redesign of identity, organization, and access systems, electronic signature, SSO, certificates, electronic mail management, electronic signature pad, softphone, videoconferencing, mobile telephony, etc.

• Support product managers in the security approval of our solutions.

• In charge of the communication and marketing team for the sub-directorate, transforming the focus towards users with the refresh of a user portal.

• Budget elaboration and monitoring in coordination with product managers and MIOM financial services (PEC).

• Responsible for recruitment for the department.

• Lead SGAMI on the digital workplace aspect.

Project to implement the new national electronic identity card (CNIe) and citizens' digital identity through SGIN. Program management, oversight of three market contractors (approx. 150 people), budget > €55M, user support, and operations. Obtained CSPN for the digital identity management program ALICEM.
