Geopost (DPDgroup) — Roll-Out Manager, MyDPD for Consumers

→ Managed the deployment of the MyDPD for Consumers application for two Business Units: DPD Switzerland (mobile) and DPD Brazil (web and mobile).

→ Led the gap-fit phase with business teams to identify functional needs (parcel tracking, redirection, chatbot).

→ Onboarded Business Units to group internal tools and supported local configuration.

→ Coordinated between business teams and web/mobile developers, prioritized tickets, and monitored development.

→ Managed planning, development, testing, UAT, Go/No-Go, and hypercare phases, including leading project committees.

Air Liquide — SAP Electronic Invoicing Program (SAP / Talend / AWS)

→ Managed the implementation of an SAP IDOC framework for sending B2B electronic invoices compliant with European regulations.

→ Coordinated SAP developments carried out by CGI (SD with FI) and interfaced with functional experts.

→ Oversaw the migration of SAP integration from TIBCO to Talend and organized SAP-ETL performance tests on AWS.

→ Followed up on UAT, incidents, and SAP releases with European IT teams.

→ Coordinated the deployment of electronic invoicing in Belgium, including OpenText integration (Peppol, PDF) and EDI flows.

→ Started at Veja with the SAP S/4HANA go-live in France and the United States: complete migration of SD, MM, FI, and CO modules for retail and wholesale, working closely with process owners.

→ Subsequently co-managed the deployment in the Australian, Canadian, and British subsidiaries, adapting the core model to local specificities and the wholesale business.

→ In parallel, led the integration of the Magento platform with SAP (France & USA) and connected the two WMS to streamline the entire e-commerce flow.

→ Climax: led the Brazilian project, a large-scale implementation (> 100 people, budget of several million euros). Supervised MM, SD, FI, CO, TM modules + the local Guepardo tax solution, covered all flows (raw material and finished product purchasing/sales, wholesale and e-commerce), integrated Prestashop and the WMS, and migrated data from SAGE. All while mastering Brazilian tax complexities, data security, and maintaining tight governance (steering committees, risk management, conflict resolution) to deliver on time and with the expected quality.
