• Annulment Proceedings of Arbitral Award: Advising two Portuguese companies in two related court proceedings before the Paris Court of Appeal concerning the annulment of an ICC award and an associated correction and interpretation decision.

• Enforcement of Arbitral Award: Advising a French company and its American subsidiary to oppose the production of documents in connection with the enforcement of an arbitral award before the US courts (international law, European law, French and US law).

• Arbitral Pre-litigation / International Sanctions: Advising a French import-export company involved in an arbitral pre-litigation with a Cuban company concerning the performance of an international sales contract affected by US economic sanctions against Cuba.

• Assistance to a Co-Arbitrator: ICC arbitration concerning the acquisition by a Moroccan company of a stake in a distribution company operating in West Africa (French law, seat Paris).

• International Litigation / Jurisdictional Immunity / Negotiation: Advising an international organization before the Paris Labor Court in a dispute with one of its employees (public international law, French law).

• International Litigation: Advising a Venezuelan company and a Venezuelan lawyer who appealed before the Versailles Court of Appeal a judgment concerning the non-payment of their fees by a French company (French and Venezuelan law).
