Design and deployment of an automatic product catalog import AI agent for a French flooring distributor. The agent retrieves supplier data, structures it, and injects the catalog into Odoo without human intervention.

Technical Architecture: AI agents orchestrated with Vercel AI SDK and Inngest, Next.js and Tailwind frontend, shadcn/ui components, Gemini 2.5 Flash model for extraction and normalization, Supabase for storage and import tracking, Vercel hosting.

The system automatically handles product variations, images, technical sheets, and Odoo category mapping. Fallback and error recovery logic integrated to ensure reliability with large volumes.
