Ever since I can remember, I've been fascinated by the mystery of the brain, human emotions, and their impact on human actions.

I started my path in Social Work seeking to understand that essence, but my professional evolution led me to discover that organizations are, above all, living organisms in constant transformation. For this reason, I strengthened my professional reach with training in Senior Management and an MBA.

My purpose is to merge strategic, administrative, and leadership skills with organizational well-being.

I have found that when vulnerability translates into profitability, business reach knows no bounds.
