Project: Vision & Essentiel

Context: La Manufacture CACD2 supports the Crédit Agricole Group in the design and development of digital projects, covering all stages from design to production and maintenance.

Team: 5-15 people

Achievements:

- Redesign of the credit application management system: implementation of an event-driven architecture to improve system scalability and responsiveness, enabling better management of business events and reducing processing times.

- Simplified subscription process: implementation of a hexagonal architecture to structure the customer journey in a flexible and scalable manner, reducing subscription time to less than 7 minutes with a high rate of automatic approval through integration with external verification systems (MiTrust for tax data, Linxo for banking data, OCR system for identity documents).

- Integration with internal and external systems via RESTful APIs: centralization of processes and simplification of communication between services, while enriching customer files with external data to automate processing.

- Implementation of a flexible stage management system: creation of a dynamic journey, adjusting subscription stages based on the customer's profile and choices, to optimize user experience.

- Implementation of a cart recovery system: managing the continuity of the subscription process by allowing customers to resume where they left off in case of process interruption.

Project: Code de la Route

Context: "Passer mon code avec La Poste" is an appointment booking service for taking the theoretical driving test.

Team: 3-4 people

Achievements:

- Development of booking applications: participation in the development of the backend, the web portal for users, and the backoffice portal for appointment management.

Project: Véligo Location

Context: Véligo Location is an electric-assist bicycle (VAE) rental service in Île-de-France. The goal is to promote cycling, especially for commuting, with 10,000 bikes (eventually 20,000) progressively available for long-term rental.

Team: 6-12 people

Achievements: For the implementation and operation of this rental service, I participated in the development of applications related to service subscription (backend, web portal, management portal, operational portal).
