With a degree in political science specializing in development, I assist public institutions, international organizations, NGOs, and local authorities with strategy, project coordination, and high-impact event organization.

My career has developed between France and Latin America (El Salvador, Colombia, Peru, Cuba), at the intersection of diplomacy, international development, and the fight against discrimination, with particular expertise on gender equality issues. During my time at the French Embassy in El Salvador, I contributed to strategic analysis, multi-stakeholder coordination, and the organization of high-level diplomatic events. Notably, I managed the official Bastille Day reception (400 guests) and designed the Equality Week, in partnership with UN agencies, mobilizing over 5,000 participants around human rights and gender equality.

I have also coordinated development and advocacy projects with NGOs and institutions (UN, European Union, OECD), worked with French operators (AFD, Expertise France, IRD), and supported awareness-raising actions on discrimination, masculinities, and social inclusion. Accustomed to multicultural and demanding environments, I combine strategic vision, analytical rigor, and operational capacity.

I offer services in institutional event organization, drafting strategic notes and policy briefs, cooperation project coordination, advocacy, and institutional communication.
