J’accompagne les centres de formation, studios de yoga et entrepreneurs du bien-être à structurer leur activité digitale avec clarté, sérénité et sens.

Mon rôle d’Online Business Manager éthique consiste à créer des systèmes simples, cohérents et humains, où le digital devient un allié du vivant, et non une contrainte.

🎯 Objectif principal : aider mes clients à reprendre le contrôle de leur organisation grâce à des outils clairs, des process efficaces et des automatisations douces.

🌸 Missions principales :

• Audit et simplification des systèmes existants (outils, parcours clients, workflows internes).

• Structuration de plateformes pédagogiques et d’espaces (Notion, Ayoa, Aitable) pour centraliser la gestion, la planification et la communication d’équipe.

• Création d’automatisations sur Make et Google Workspace, pour libérer du temps et éviter les tâches redondantes.

• Documentation et formation au changement, afin de rendre chaque client autonome et serein dans la durée.

• Pilotage complet de projets digitaux : coordination d’équipes, suivi, reporting, priorisation et planification stratégique.

– Centres de formation (mise en place Qualiopi, LMS, digitalisation des contenus).

– Studios et enseignants de yoga ou Pilates (structuration d’offres et automatisations).

Digital and pedagogical support for training centers, yoga studios, and wellness entrepreneurs.

As a digital project manager at the Himapixel agency, I managed the digitalization of several client projects in the training and wellness sectors, in direct collaboration with pedagogical and administrative departments.

🎯 Overall objective: to design online training systems that are coherent, user-friendly, and compliant with Qualiopi requirements, while respecting each brand's philosophy.

🌸 Projects completed:

🔹 Pilates & Core – Complete digitalization of the Pilates training course

– Creation of the e-learning platform (assessments, video resources, pedagogical modules).

– Automation of learner tracking and pedagogical reporting.

– Implementation of quality processes for certification monitoring.

🔹 Haguit Ehrenfreund – “Cartographie du Corps®” Training

– Complete structuring of the e-learning journey on LearnyBox.

– Integration of materials (videos, audios, PDFs).

– Coordination between the trainer, management, and video technical team.

– Creation of the registration funnel and automated email sequences.

– Support for launch and communication.

🔹 Amala Paris – Green Yoga®

– Monitoring and renewal of Qualiopi audits.

– Complete overhaul of the “Spirituels Yogis” program and learner journey.

– Harmonization of pedagogical content and digital monitoring.

Complete management of the quality approach and obtaining the Qualiopi label for the Amala Paris training center (Green Yoga®).

Hired to structure the administrative and pedagogical operations of the center, I conducted in-depth work on formalizing processes and regulatory compliance, in a context of complete autonomy and high trust.

🎯 Main objective: to obtain Qualiopi certification from the first audit by transforming the center's organization into a clear, traceable, and sustainable system.

🌸 Missions completed:

• Conducted a comprehensive internal audit of existing practices (administrative, pedagogical, and client relations).

• Created and formalized all internal procedures: registrations, evaluations, satisfaction, document management, communication, post-training follow-up.

• Designed and wrote the complete quality manual and all supporting documents required by the National Quality Standard (RNQ).

• Supported management and trainers in adopting the quality system and new management practices.

• Prepared, monitored, and passed the Qualiopi audit, obtaining certification on the first attempt.

💡 Results obtained:

– Qualiopi certification obtained on the first audit.

– Clear and sustainable internal processes, still in use today.

– Enhanced team autonomy through documentation and internal training.
