PrestaShop → Shopify Migrationfor two e-commerce stores (Adhésif Boat)

Complete project to redesign and modernize two existing sites initially on PrestaShop. The goal was to simplify management, improve performance, and offer a smoother shopping experience for end customers.

• Data migration (products, customers, orders) using a custom Python script leveraging the Shopify Admin API to automate import and ensure data integrity.

• Graphic integration faithful to the provided visual identity, with responsive adaptation and usability optimization.

• Technical and product SEO optimization to maintain search engine rankings during the platform change.

• Training and support for the client in store administration, SEO best practices, and daily catalog management.

This project resulted in two modern, high-performing, and easy-to-manage stores, while strengthening client autonomy and brand consistency.

Participation in the development and evolution of a custom business ERP based on Symfony 6, with integration of internal and external APIs.

Main tasks:

• Development and maintenance of features on an existing ERP

• Creation of new business modules tailored to internal needs

• Design and integration of REST APIs to interconnect different systems (CRM, billing, etc.)

• Contribution to the creation of internal web platforms in Symfony

• Continuous improvement of performance, code quality, and maintainability

Technical environment: Symfony 6, PHP 8, MySQL, REST API, Git, Docker.

This experience allowed me to deepen my skills in backend development, software architecture, and API integration in a demanding and structured corporate environment.
