Post-Production Workshop: Urban Fiction Short Film (BTS Audiovisual – 2nd year)

Guest trainer for Studio M school, working with 2nd-year Audiovisual BTS students specializing in Editing, for an intensive post-production workshop.

Educational Project: Guiding students in the visual creation of an urban fiction short film, centered around a city devoid of its inhabitants – an immersive and evocative work driven by visuals.

Skills Taught:

• Narrative editing with Adobe Premiere Pro: pacing, tension, story structure.

• Visual effects and animations on After Effects: adding atmospheric elements, working with urban emptiness and silence.

• Matte Painting creation using Photoshop to enrich the visual universe and enhance immersion.

• Professional workflow between software, asset management, and post-production methodology.

A workshop focused on technical creativity, post-production art direction, and narrative sensitivity through imagery.

Since November 2024, I have been working with the Appart Fitness group to create video content for all their social media channels. In close collaboration with their artistic direction, I handle editing from various raw footage (shot on smartphone and camera), managing all post-production aspects: narrative selection, color grading, graphic design, subtitling, and integration of logos and branding elements.

I also produced their main advertising campaign, which was adapted into three narrative versions and three formats suitable for their different distribution channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). This project involved a range of skills: managing and organizing dozens of raw footage files, sound design, graphic creation (Photoshop), and animating visual elements on After Effects.

As a trainer at Form'Avenir Lyon, I develop interactive and relevant programs to prepare learners for success in a constantly evolving world. My teaching approach aims to foster collaborative learning and provide essential practical skills.
