I actively contributed to optimizing internal communication by producing strategic materials and managing key cross-functional projects (scorecards, webinars). My role also encompassed community management (using JIRA), event organization (seminars), and content creation. Developed a solid understanding of the business and technical challenges specific to a large group, strengthening my skills in agile project management, communication oversight, and stakeholder engagement. This experience enables me to translate functional requirements into concrete solutions and align technical initiatives with corporate strategy.

Experience within a growing startup, where I managed a portfolio of 50 B2B clients (notaries) nationwide. This experience, at the crossroads of entrepreneurship and product innovation, allowed me to solidify my skills in user needs analysis, customer journey optimization, and active contribution to the product roadmap. This role enabled me to master the orchestration of delivery phases and the strategic alignment of technological solutions.
