• • Preparation of files (Excel, CSV) and mass loading into SAP.

Integration testing and validation of migrated data with business managers and correction of detected anomalies.

• • Writing of test cases detailing activities performed during tests.

• • Monitoring of maintenance KPIs with PowerBI. Presentation of reports to project teams.

• • Assistance to users in resolving incidents related to data or inter-module processes (level 1 and 2).

• • Escalation of complex issues to level 3 in collaboration with technical teams. Continuous support to resolve post-implementation problems.
