As a facilitator, mediator, and systemic coach, I support people, teams, and organizations in their development and change processes.

This is based on more than a decade of experience in international agencies and management consultancies, as well as continuous further training in effective methods and process facilitation.

My work is characterized by clear structure, a systemic perspective, and genuine curiosity for what moves people and what happens between them. I design conversations and processes in a way that enables thinking, feeling, and perspective-taking, leading to clarity. Key principles include working at eye level, respectful understanding, precise questions, and solutions that truly fit.

I am voluntarily involved with Facilitators for Future, where I support groups in the climate justice movement in their processes.
