Head of the company's IT department, in charge of two people, we are responsible for IT support for the entire company, as well as administering servers and services (Windows Server, CentOS, DHCP, DNS, DFS, RDS...) and applications (Navision, Dynamics 365, Office 365, Qlik Sense...). Responsibilities: Define the IT architecture necessary to support business processes. Define and lead the strategy for process improvement and digitalization projects (ERPs and other management systems). Advise and technically assist users of the implemented systems. Prepare and manage budgets. Organize, supervise, and apply the company's system usage policies and rules and achieve their optimal utilization. Coordinate the IT team, both internal and with suppliers. Preparation of dashboards and BI reports in Qlik Sense.
