My work combines realistic planning, milestone governance, dependency management, stakeholder alignment, and calm execution to turn complex transformations into structured, deliverable programs.

A major recent program involved migrating 138PB of data and relocating 1,455 physical servers across international environments while maintaining continuity for 32,250 live instances. The transformation also reduced power footprint by 40%, from 850kW to 500kW.
