- **Design of 3 distinct SharePoint mockups**: creation of several page versions (homepage + internal structures) integrating different layouts, webparts, and navigation logics to compare UX approaches.
- **Integration of the SLIB graphic charter**: adaptation of colors, typography, and visuals in a SharePoint environment, with consideration for visual content hierarchy.
- **Structuring of pages and content**: organization of sections (news, quick links, business access, documents) to improve readability and information access.
- **Advanced use of SharePoint webparts**: implementation of dynamic components (News, Quick Links, custom content, etc.) and exploration of their native limitations.
- **Analysis of possibilities vs. SharePoint constraints**: identification of gaps between business needs and native capabilities, with recommendations.
Result:These mockups allowed the SLIB teams to concretely visualize the different possibilities offered by SharePoint, to project themselves onto their future intranet, and to facilitate decision-making on the UX direction to adopt.
