My main contribution and results obtained:

As part of the rehabilitation project of the Fort de Tournoux (budget of €20M), I conducted a comprehensive strategic benchmark with the Fort d'Exilles in Italy on behalf of the Communauté de Communes Vallée de l'Ubaye Serre-Ponçon. I successfully established a direct and privileged communication channel with Italian officials, obtaining crucial confidential and technical data in just a few days.

My responsibilities and concrete actions:

Cross-border relationship engineering: Drafting official correspondence in Italian to establish a climate of trust with the municipality of Exilles and the managing association.

Design of audit tools: Creation of an exhaustive technical questionnaire (governance, HR, funding models, tourist flows).

Strategic data analysis: Synthesis of critical information, particularly on an investment of €23M made by the Piedmont Region and the analysis of risks related to private concession models.

Decision-making reporting: Drafting a detailed summary report for the Director of the Communauté de Communes d'Ubaye, highlighting growth levers and development advice.

Company specialized in sports and classic cars, offering vehicles for sale, investment advisory, private collection management in France and Monaco, supervision of restoration projects, international import services, and personalized sourcing across Europe.

Connector at Airbnb Experiences in Nice, responsible for selecting and supporting high-end hosts such as renowned writers, artists, and Michelin-starred chefs, developing unique local experiences, ensuring quality standards, and facilitating connections between travelers and exceptional service providers to enhance the region’s tourism offerings.
