As an IT Project Manager, I am responsible for the successful execution of the projects assigned to me 🎯, including the deployment of new tools 🛠️, technological watch 🔍, and security audits 🔒. I also act as the technical referent 👨‍🏫 for the support team, facilitating their skill development and ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively assist users.

The projects I manage are varied and include:

• Deployment of new servers 🖥️ and infrastructures,

• Replacement of RDS farms 🔄,

• Updating VMware environments ⚙️,

• Creation and migration to cloud ☁️ and hybrid environments.

I rely on advanced expertise in several areas, including Avaya telephony 📞, the VMware environment 🛡️, and Microsoft solutions (Windows Server, Microsoft Entra) 🖧. I regularly use tools and technologies such as Watchguard 🛠️, Veeam 💾, GLPI 📝, AD FS 🔑, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 💻, Remote Desktop Manager 🌐, Aruba 📡, and Fortinet 🔐 to carry out my missions.

Notable achievements:

• Implementation of an AD FS server based on Active Directory, enabling multi-factor authentication management 🔒 to enhance user security.

• Comprehensive security audit for a client, providing concrete recommendations to improve their information system ✅.

In collaboration with internal teams 👥 (communication, accounting, etc.) and external partners 🤝, my role is to ensure the smooth progress of projects 🚀 and provide optimal user support while contributing to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructures and security.
