Founder & CEO of the Magic Bus Hostels network. Created 6 venues: three in Odesa, one in Lviv, Kyiv (Ukraine) and Istanbul (Türkiye). Managed and led a team of 10 employees, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills. Applied financial expertise to create budgets, analyze expenses, and make informed investment decisions. Developed a business brand: print advertising, social media campaigns, and networking events to deliver messages to target audience. Result: Over 3600 customers served; recognized with the Customer Choice Award and Best Venue Award; optimized employee training process reducing onboarding time by 23%.
