- Rapid AI prototyping – fine-tune an ML algorithm, use advanced RAG, or simple prompting. I find the right tool for the right problem.
- Minimum Viable Products – scope lean features, cut the fluff, and get a usable version fast.
- Full-stack web & mobile – React / Next / TS, Python APIs, Supabase, n8n… whatever ships fastest.
- Workflow optimization – map your current work, spot the repetitive parts, automate them with AI + no-code where it makes sense.
- AI upskilling for teams – you've already got the free tools to boost employee performance significantly. Why not teach them to use those?
My way of working
Outcome > hours. I price by outcomes. Hourly pricing defeats the purpose of value-based work.
Asynchronous first. Looms & Notion updates beat daily stand-up theatre.
Prioritization. If a feature doesn’t push the metric we agreed on, cut it.
Transparency. You see every commit and reasoning for decisions, only the updated features or only the final application - exactly what you want to know.
