The Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) is a hospital center with a European dimension and worldwide recognition. It includes 39 hospitals organized in six university hospital groups or GHU. It has a health data warehouse (EDS), which contains data on 13 million patients. This is used by the various GHU to conduct research to improve the healthcare delivery. For example, the EDS is used to

- Carry out epidemiological studies

- Evaluate predictive models for the detection of early signs of certain diseases As a Biostatistician-Data scientist at the GHU ap-hp Sorbonne University, I work with a multidisciplinary team on the implementation and execution of research projects, based on the exploitation of EDS. This multidisciplinary team is composed of clinicians, data managers, biostatistician, bioinformatician and data scientist. I am involved from the feasibility study of the project to the valorization of the results. I play a leading role in data collection and analysis through the use of some statistical analysis tools such as R and python. I also contribute to the analysis of data from other studies, for which the biostatistical expertise of the public health department to which I belong, would have been solicited.

Research topic: Impact of patients' COVID-19 status on the occurrence of post-traumatic stress disorder in family members: interest of using mediation models.

I use my background in epidemiology, medicine, and biostatistics to extract meaningful insights from data. I am proficient in R and Python for data analysis.
