Product Context: MSC acquires Bollore Africa in a M&A Operation of over 25 $Billion transaction. There are 45 African Clients ( Shipping Terminal,

Regional Headquarters ) with a Portfolio of over 65 Business and Finance applications to migrate from on-premise to Azure Cloud of MSC (MSC

Standards, steered by PwC).

● Commitment: I have been hired as a Stream Leader for the migration of the most critical apps for Ports and Accounting (IPAKI, app coded in Java

and .NET) on Azure, and the deployment of the apps on new MSC Agencies (Egypt, Rwanda, Comores…). I am also in charge of the Project

Management Office of the decommissioning of SERVAL, the major and critical invoicing software for all clients over the continent (more than 63

clients to migrate to Azure MSC finance apps).

● Accomplishment:

o Collaborated with Azure Solutions Architects on Cloud Blueprints and PwC to steer the migration and deployment of .NET apps , and relevant IT

Flows.

o Steer the migration of IPAKI .NET apps from on premise cloud to Azure, with critical business risks to mitigate.

o Create Technical and Functional Requirements books for the BUILD of .NET apps for Azure for the new agencies deployment.

o Responsible for the Project Management Office for the Decommissioning of SERVAL, liaising with Project Managers (HQ & Local), reporting to

Program Directors

Data Analyst PO for the AUSEA Project, greenhouse gas detection on onshore/offshore assets using drone-mounted software. Strategic project for Totalenergie as part of its decarbonization strategy (project with COMEX TTE exposure).

I was recruited for this highly cross-functional role based on my experience as an Offshore Production Supervisor/Project Manager.

Build:

- Audit and cost management of Azure cloud resources deployed on Inox@scale by the R&D department, interviews with various project managers from TGITS and Exakis to understand technical specifications on the AUSEA V0 Cloud chain.

- Definition and validation of technical specifications for the new Cloud chain for business features (CO2/CH4 detection, flight plans, emission source management).

Run:

- Refactoring and industrialization of R&D department's Python source codes for Time Series signal processing, peak detection, and images => transition to production version.

- Implementation of the ticketing system for Github and the branching strategy (R&D, dev, prod, feature-based branch).

- Management of software version releases to various stakeholder entities (Customer Line, Geospatial R&D, Subsidiary).

- Management of runs with Total's country subsidiaries (Subsidiary Management Committee exposure).

- Creation of an automatic Reporting workflow with Python and Azure (multi-stream data from operations) => API to retrieve drone flights, sensor data processing on the cloud.
