Allow me to introduce myself briefly.

As an experienced finance professional with many years of operational and leadership experience, I have been responsible for the world of numbers, data, and facts as Head of Finance, Head of Accounting, and interim manager in medium-sized companies, hotel groups, and a startup, among others. My particular focus was on the establishment and optimization of finance departments, the implementation of process and structural improvements, data-driven and valid budgeting and forecasting processes, accompanied by appropriate liquidity and cash flow management.

In addition, I have demonstrable success in building teams, shared service structures, and finance organizations, responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, KPI reporting, and the provision of strategic decision-making bases for stakeholders.

My focus is on pragmatic solutions, a valid and clear basis of numbers and data, and value-creating management of companies during phases of change and growth.
