They mentor junior staff, manage multiple projects from brief to delivery, and collaborate with marketing teams to align designs with business goals.

Core Responsibilities

Concept Development: Lead the creation of, and execute, high-level visual concepts for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and branding materials.

Project Management: Oversee the full design process from initial concept to final production, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.

Mentorship: Guide and review the work of junior designers to maintain high quality and foster skill development.

Collaboration & Presentation: Work with marketing, product, and creative teams to translate strategic briefs into actionable designs, presenting concepts to stakeholders.

Experience: Generally 5+ years of professional experience in a design studio or agency setting.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production processes.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creative thinking, branding work, and execution.

Additional Skills: Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects), or UI/UX design is often preferred.
