As a systems architect within the Systems Industry and Engineering Directorate (DIIS), my role is to ensure the design of systems and technical coordination for their development (embedded systems and their information systems) on state projects where I am involved.

This complex position requires skills in know-how (System Specifications, Data Architecture, Technical Architecture realization, electronics, EMC, and general knowledge in IT systems and data) and know-how-to-do (emotional intelligence).

The client has trusted me for the past two years, and the adventure continues.

The deliverables include: State Technical Needs Analysis (CCTP), System Specification, Technical Architecture Document, System Development Plan, System Integration Plan, Electrical Harness Development Plan, Functional and Interface Architecture. Specifications for the consultation of various suppliers (mechanical, electronic, RFID, IT solutions, electromagnetism laboratory, etc.)

Within the Defense and Security Business Unit, I support technical teams in system design, software development, and hardware design for air traffic communication systems.

My role is to be the guarantor of the technical solution for the ground communication system for air traffic.

Head of the R&D department for the design and production of industrial batteries, BMS (Battery Management System), and other associated components.

Achievements:

1 - Management of R&D, development of new projects, products, and electronic boards. Writing technical documentation. Organization of on-site customer interventions, planning of interventions, coordination of work, and support to intervention teams. Assistance with commercial tender responses, technical support to clients.

2 - Representative of PowerTech System within the consortium of a European research and development project on batteries for electric vehicles. Task Leader of the "Main Requirements and Guidelines" work package. Coordination of meetings, presentation of battery and BMS system architectures for the project. Presentation of the functional approach and development method for standardized systems.

3 - Preparation and deployment of training for the engineering team on project management and system development approaches and methods. SCRUM approach, V-cycle, KANBAN. JIRA tool administrator. Reporting to company Directors.
