They win on community, identity, and the feeling of belonging.

That's where I come in.

I help sports brands, clubs, federations, events, and sports startups to go from "we have followers" to "we have a community."

From a brand without a soul to a brand people identify with.

Who I am:

Founder of Club LSD and Rubicon. Over the past few years, I've built brands, events, and communities in Belgium and the Netherlands that hundreds of people actively want to be a part of. I know the difference between an audience and a community, and I know that difference makes the difference between a brand that grows and a brand that lasts.

For me, sport is not a sector, it's a language. I understand why people get up at 6 am to run and why the best sports brands don't sell, they make people belong.

What I do (1 day per week):

Brand and positioning strategy for endurance sports brands, clubs, events, and startups.

Community building: from loose followers to loyal members, ambassadors, and rituals.

Concept development for new sports products, events, or experiences.

Strategic sparring partner for founders in sports, fitness, wellness, and lifestyle.

Event and activation strategy that goes beyond the day itself.

How I work:

I think like an entrepreneur, work like an operator, and communicate like someone who knows that attention is the scarcest commodity, especially in sports, where everyone fights for the same emotion.

Ideal client:

Sports brands, clubs, federations, running/cycling/fitness brands, sports events, wellness and lifestyle startups with a sporting core, or founders building something new in the sports world looking for a sharp sparring partner.

Not for: Pure execution without strategy, "just some content" without foundation, or projects without an owner on the client side.

Availability: 1 day per week, remote or on-site (Belgium).
