Within NaTran Research & Innovation, I support and assist project managers (activity leads) with their IT and AI needs:

- Definition and management of the IT & AI roadmap aligned with business strategy

- Identification and prioritization of high-value AI use cases (GenAI, Machine Learning, automation)

- Analysis of business needs and assessment of benefits (costs, productivity, quality)

- Mapping and optimization of processes using data & AI solutions

- End-to-end IT & AI project management (scoping, requirements gathering, design, deployment)

- Organization and monitoring of AI POC / MVP / experiments

- Transversal coordination (business, IT, data, external partners)

- Monitoring of commitments: deadlines, budget, quality, risks

- Measurement of AI solution performance and ROI

- Management of technology vendors and partners

- Contribution to AI methodologies, frameworks, and best practices

- Guarantee of AI security, compliance, governance, and ethics requirements

- Change management and AI culture dissemination

As a project lead, my mission is to manage the implementation of a project portfolio management (PPM) tool for the NaTran research center (formerly GRTgaz); NaTran R&I (Research & Innovation).

- Build a strong framework with stakeholders (vendor, business, IT, ...) aligned with project objectives,

- Manage the delivery of expected deliverables from stakeholders (vendor, business, or IT services),

- Produce deliverables such as the change management plan, communication plan, acceptance test plan, etc.

- Lead the skills development of business stakeholders (training),

- Assist with user change management and manage data migration,

- Design documentation associated with change management: Tool governance, user guides, etc.

- Set up and facilitate various project committees (Kick-off, Project Committee, Steering Committee, etc.)

- Monitor the budget with internal stakeholders,

- Track project KPIs and ensure their proper achievement
