Within the Digital Factory of Air France I was able to work on various internal projects as a UX / UI designer.
Since the Design Thinking service is one of the values of the digital Factory to be transmitted and disseminated within the company, I was able to contribute to it through immersions, interviews, ideation and design workshops, up to the creation of wireframe prototypes for various internal projects.

• Digitization of processes and creation of a digital reporting tool for different profiles, business concerned
- Interviews / Observations / Personae / Wireframe / User tests / Mockups / Monitoring of development with the various technical teams

• Study for the restructuring of a division comprising 22 different professions and analysis of their work processes as well as their tools. - Interview / Observation / Personae / Interaction map / Process map macro and micro / Ideation workshop

• During these 9 months I was also one of the 2 designers/designers of the BtoE Air France KLM Design system. - Analysis and study of existing tools / Guidelines / design of the "component KIT" sketch / supervision of designers for the adaptation of the Design System.

• The first Design Week was organized in June 2019. I was able to contribute to its organization but also to the design of the event - creation, reflection on the various presentation media of the subjects / organization of an interactive meetup on creativity
