For this, I offer narrative and immersive activities, inspired by serious games: narrative simulations where participants are put in the shoes of a team facing a crisis situation, a new internal challenge, or a specific event.

I design and facilitate these participatory approaches aimed at strengthening cohesion, communication, and collective intelligence within your teams.

How?

My interventions, lasting one to two hours, promote active listening, the search for emotional solutions, and problem-solving through inclusive games. They provide valuable time to integrate a new member, resolve a conflict, or foster resilient relationships.

My background in brief:

An actress by training, creator of theater plays and narrative games, I regularly work with cultural and associative structures (the association Opale Rôliste, the Cabaret des Merveilles, and the bookstore Violette and Co) for cooperative activities focused on human relationships.

Trained at the University of Connecticut, I developed my sense of immersive storytelling, enabling me to support several subsidized projects, such as a journey retracing the struggles of Italian immigrant populations in the Guillotière district, presented during the Heritage Days 2022 with the Lyon 7 town hall.
